Products & pricing
We handmake our products in small batches, so slight variations in color, scent, and appearance are normal and part of their charm. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or correct pricing errors.
Orders & payment
Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never store your full card details. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline (for example, if an item is out of stock). Automatic bulk discounts and any valid discount codes are applied at checkout.
Shipping & returns
See our FAQ for shipping times, free-shipping thresholds, local pickup, and our return policy. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
