Heart & Soap LLC (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you place an order or sign up for our newsletter, we collect information you provide — such as your name, email, shipping address, and order details. Payment card details are collected and processed directly by Stripe; we do not see or store your full card number.

How we use it

We use your information to process and ship orders, send order and shipping confirmations, respond to your questions, and — if you opt in — send occasional newsletters about new products and events. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information only with the service providers that help us run the store: Stripe (payments), our email providers (Zoho for correspondence and MailerLite for newsletters), and our hosting provider (Cloudflare). We do not sell your personal information.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies and local storage to keep your shopping cart working and to run the site. We don't use invasive third-party advertising trackers.

Your choices & rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. Depending on where you live (for example, California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights; we honor applicable requests.

Data retention & security

We keep order information as needed for our records and legal obligations, and we take reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we use reputable, security-focused providers.
