How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 2–3 business days via USPS. Shipping is free on orders over $45; otherwise a discounted flat rate applies. You can also choose free local pickup at any of our events.
Do the bulk discounts stack?
Yes — buy 5+ bars and save 10%, or 10+ bars and save 15%, applied automatically at checkout. Mix and match any scents.
Are your soaps good for sensitive skin?
Many are. Our Unscented Sensitive Skin bar has no fragrance or colorants at all, and our goat-milk bars are especially gentle. As always, we recommend a patch test if you have known allergies.
What's the cold-process method?
It's the traditional way of making soap from scratch by combining oils and lye, then curing the bars for several weeks. It produces a harder, longer-lasting, gentler bar than mass-produced detergent bars.
Can I order custom soaps?
Absolutely — for weddings, parties, spas, and gifts. Head to our Custom Soaps page to send a request.
What's your return policy?
If something arrives damaged or isn't right, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
How do you handle payment securely?
Checkout is powered by Stripe, an industry-leading processor. We never see or store your card details.
